Bobby Grigas III Ready For Action Again
Waterford Speedbowl Is Next Racing Challenge
The rain keeps falling down in New England but many drivers, including Bobby Grigas hope that it won’t stop the racing action this weekend as the True Value Modified Series heads to Waterford Speedbowl in Waterford, Connecticut for the first-time ever this Saturday.
“I have never raced there or even seen the place before,” said 24-year-old Grigas. “It’s been awhile since we have raced because of all of the rain so hopefully we will be able to get all of our practice in so I can get some time out on the track before we qualify.”

It is Grigas’ rookie year in the series, and he has had to adapt to many new and different tracks.  The experience that he gains each time out will only help him be able to become a better driver, and he hopes that Waterford will be one of the tracks that he adapts to with ease.
“The guy who helps me set up my car has given me a few tips and tricks for the track this weekend.  I usually adapt as good as the car does to the tracks,” laughed Grigas.  “I just hope we can qualify well for the race and bring home a solid finish for the team.   We are really ready to get back out on a dry track and bring home the good finishes.

The True Value Modified Racing Series action gets underway this Saturday June 17th at Waterford Speedbowl at 7pm.  For more information on Bobby Grigas please contact Mike Twist at 207-590-1786.
