Grigas is Ready to Go back to All-Star
Recent Test Shows Good Things Might be Ahead for Paige #09 Team
Bobby Grigas heads to All-Star Speedway (NH) this weekend for round two of the WaterSnoGo All Star Challenge Modified Series. The first race of the season there wasn't what Grigas or the James Paige #09 team hoped for - they retired from the race early with handling problems. However, the team has gone back to the drawing board and hopes to have a good result this weekend.
“We went up there and tested on the new tire that they will be using starting for this race,” said Grigas. “The test went very well and we should be contenders this time. I felt very comfortable in the car and even though it had rained and there was no rubber on the track, we were only 3/10th of a second off the fast time from the last race there.
" This tire is a little slower too, so those results were very encouraging. The car should be fast there on Saturday night - knock on wood.”
The All-Star event will take place on Saturday night, June 7th.
