Grigas Gets Through Spring Sizzler in One Piece
Team Learns a Lot on The Way to a 15th-Place Finish at Stafford
Bobby Grigas might have finished 15th in the Spring Sizzler at Stafford Motor Speedway (CT), but after the race he was definitely looking on the bright side of things.
“The team is all smiling and there is nothing missing from the racecar,” said Grigas. “It lasted 200 laps and we won the race off pit road multiple times. Even if we didn't win this race today, we definitely won the race off pit road because of these guys giving 100%.
“This is a brand new team and we are all learning each other. We're learning the new tires and about a lot of different things. So it's just going to take a little bit of time to tune everything in. All in all though, we brought it home in one piece and this is something to build on.”
Grigas will return to action on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour on May 22nd back at Stafford Motor Speedway
